In Support Case 08247354, OpenAI acknowledged that my birth year had been misinterpreted during verification. (Image 3) I went through adult verification twice but received no completion confirmation. Aug 31: After following another verification instruction from Case 08247354, I resubmitted. About five minutes later, my old email received an unexplained decision upholding the deletion—with no reason or reference number.
